Comes with NO rod cover.
Some light scratches/marks on the grip end/reel seat/blanks and other parts.
Some scratches/aging/hook holes on the grips.
Really light marks/aging on the guide wrappings.
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
