Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times.
Comes with NO rod cover.
Some light aging/marks on the guide wrappings/cork grips.
Some light scratches/marks and other parts.
A few peeling of paint on the reel seat food.
Some damage on the grip end.
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
