Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times.
Comes with NO rod cover.
Some light scratches/marks on the blanks/guide wrappings.
Some marks on the grips/reel seat.
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
