Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times.
Comes with NO rod cover.
Some light aging/marks on the guide wrappings/cork grips.
Some scratches/marks on the blanks and other parts.
Discolored on the top guide frame.
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
